Kathleen joins Boston Realty Advisors after over 4 years at CENTURY 21 Cityside with award winning sales every year. Representing properties in the Back Bay, South End, Beacon Hill, Charlestown, South Boston, Leather and Financial District, Jamaica Plain, Brookline Cambridge and Somerville, she is a Realtor®, expert Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Kathleen is most proud though of being awarded the Quality Service award in 2004 and 2005 based on the direct feedback of her clients. She has achieved success in effectively marketing properties throughout Boston, assisting sellers to achieve the best price for their properties. As a first-time buyer and seller specialist, Kathleen is an expert at educating and guiding clients through the process of selling or buying their first home. She also specializes in working with investors and contractors in the conversion and renovation of historic buildings, including a major design and renovation of her own condo in 2005. For 2006, Kathleen was ranked number 69 in the Top 100 Producers in the Northeast Region (out of approximately 3,750 agents). Kathleen is an active member of the Neighborhood Association of Back Bay, where she is currently the co-chair of the Graffiti NABBers, working to remove graffiti and protect our historic buildings from being defaced. She is also part of the City Services Team focusing on cleanliness and safety issues in the neighborhood.  Prior to entering real estate, Kathleen was a consultant in the technology industry working as a project manager and creative director for top-tier companies such as PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.  Her combination of experience, communication, organization and dedication make her the right choice for all your real estate needs.
